"Ha" is a syllable in Baybayin, the pre-colonial Filipino script used before Spanish colonization. Repeated in blue and red, it becomes the background for a classic 90s smiling sun.

It's a visual pun that works because the real script looks like this, complete with what might be the oldest smiley in Philippine history.
