Products & Printing

What type of T-shirts does PirmaPinas use?

How are PirmaPinas designs printed?

Will the printed colors match what I see online?

Colors may vary slightly between screen and print due to monitor settings, fabric type, and printing processes. However, our print partners aim to achieve the closest and most consistent color match possible.

Who prints and ships my order?

All orders are printed and fulfilled by professional third-party printing partners. Depending on your location, production may take place in facilities in Germany, Spain, Latvia, the United Kingdom, Japan, Australia, Canada, or the United States.

Shipping & Fulfillment

Where is my order fulfilled from?

Orders are automatically routed to the nearest fulfillment center capable of producing your item. This helps reduce shipping times and customs delays whenever possible.

When will I get my order?

We work hard to process and ship orders within 3 to 5 business days. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.

Estimated delivery times are:
– 7–14 business days for the US, Canada, EU, and Australia
– 10–21 business days for Japan, Taiwan, and South Korea

How much does shipping cost?

Orders, Changes & Cancellations

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

Because all products are made to order, changes or cancellations are only possible within a short time after purchase. Once production begins, orders usually cannot be modified or canceled.

Can I change my shipping address?
