The Baybayin script on the banner reads "Arnis" — the national martial art and sport of the Philippines, written in the pre-colonial script once used across the archipelago.

At the center sits the Visayan Leopard Cat, a rare and fierce Filipino native wildcat, flanked by two blades, symbols of precision, courage, and the warrior spirit at the heart of Filipino Martial Arts.
